Program Description:
Experienced, practicing mediators can expand their toolboxes of techniques with a blend of mediation strategies that often proves more useful and effective than traditional methods. Developing three core skill sets – advanced strategies, ethics, and technology – can help practitioners advance from “average” to “masterclass.” The course is organized into four 75-minute pre-recorded self-study presentations and two 90-minute live, interactive skills-building practicums to provide a comprehensive learning experience for all.
