A last-chance agreement is a formal agreement between an employer and an employee who has engaged in misconduct or violated company policies. It typically offers employees a final opportunity to correct their behavior and maintain employment. Failure to comply with the terms of the agreement often results in immediate termination of employment. Last-chance agreements may go to arbitration if there is a dispute or disagreement between the employer and the employee regarding the agreement's terms, implementation, or enforcement. If the terms of the last chance agreement are in question or if either party feels that their rights have been violated, arbitration is used to resolve the issue fairly and impartially.

In this webinar, we will delve into the intricacies of last-chance agreements, exploring best practices, legal considerations, and practical insights to ensure a fair and effective resolution for all parties involved. Whether you are an employer seeking guidance on disciplinary measures or an employee navigating a last-chance agreement, this webinar aims to equip you with the knowledge and tools needed to navigate this critical aspect of employment relations. Join us as we unravel the complexities of last-chance agreements and empower you to make informed decisions in your workplace.
