Program Description: 

Join AAA-ICDR and the Dispute Resolution Board Foundation (DRBF) for an insightful session on best practices for preventing and resolving disputes in construction projects. This event will cover essential topics, including AAA-ICDR’s specifications and procedures for managing disputes, the flexible appointment and administration options for Dispute Avoidance and Resolution Boards (DARB), and key findings from the 2024 Dispute Board International Survey by King’s College London. Attendees will gain valuable insights into global trends and the increasing adoption of Dispute Boards, providing them with effective strategies for smoother project execution and efficient resolution of potential conflicts.

A networking reception to follow from 6:00pm - 7:00pm.
