Please join us for an in-depth overview of a labor arbitration hearing. This live webinar will provide a walk-through and demonstration of a typical labor arbitration hearing and will include the perspectives and insights of three experienced labor attorneys. Highlights of the mock hearing will include the arbitrator’s opening statement, the parties’ opening statements, witness examination, objections, exhibits management, evidence admission, facts presentation, legal arguments, closing arguments, and other details that define the hearing process. This live webinar will provide practical techniques, advocacy skills, insights, tips, and strategies to prepare for your next labor arbitration hearing.
