Program Description:

The testimony of witnesses can be effective in establishing facts. However, witnesses also can be unpredictable and do unexpected harm to your case. Select your witnesses carefully and prepare them thoroughly. Start with a strong witness and end with a strong witness. Your witnesses should give testimony that reveals your theory of the case. In this webinar, you will learn the do's and don'ts for witness preparation and examination to present to your Arbitrator. AAA Experienced Labor Arbitrators will provide information on selecting witnesses, how to prepare your witness, the guidelines for testifying as a witness and establishing credibility in a witness, the importance of direct and cross-examination and the effects of stress on a witness. Most importantly, they will share tips you won't find in a textbook.
