90 Minutes

In this recorded presentation, arbitrators and veteran case administrators share how to establish the framework for your arbitration. Topics include hearing locale, number of arbitrators, arbitrator selection, fixed-fee options, and streamlined panel and discovery—and how disagreements are resolved prior to arbitrator appointments.

Knowing the thoughts of experienced arbitrators on various aspects of arbitration preparation and their processes as they consider a case will help inside and outside counsel effectively, economically, and efficiently shape and present their own cases.
