In his present position, Neil uses his extensive instructional design experience to develop a wide variety of ADR courses and materials to further AAA’s education and training initiatives and also provides oversight of AAA Education Services' website and online training applications. Since joining the AAA in 1985 as a case manager, Neil has served the Association in several executive positions including vice president of the Charlotte Regional Office, vice president of Quality and Performance Management, and vice president of U.S. and International Mediation Services. Neil has managed over 1,000 arbitration cases and is an experienced mediator. He has a B.A. in Political Science from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and a M.A. in Religion from Reformed Theological Seminary.
Cindy has primary responsibility for program development including webinars, online courses, and classroom programs. She also provides continuing education planning and documentation for all education and training programs offered by AAA Education Services. She has been with the AAA since 1996 as a case manager, case management supervisor, and Solutions Manager. Cindy is a licensed attorney (inactive) with the State Bar of Texas, has a B.S. in political science from the University of Utah, and a J.D. from the University of Dayton School of Law.
