Richard J. DeWitt
Mr. DeWitt serves as an arbitrator and mediator in domestic and international commercial / business, technology, franchise and employment disputes. He has over 30 years experience in law, business and dispute resolution as a business and technology attorney, business executive, arbitrator and mediator. He has served as an arbitrator in over 140 arbitrations including large complex cases involving national and international parties and complicated multi party disputes.
Mr. DeWitt is a Distinguished Fellow of the International Academy of Mediators, a Fellow of the College of Commercial Arbitrators, a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and a Member of the Academy of Distinguished Neutrals. He is certified by Supreme Court of Florida as a Circuit Civil mediator and an Appellate mediator; and he is certificated by the Supreme Court of Florida as an arbitrator.
