Philip Repash is Senior Associate General Counsel at Northwell Health. Mr. Repash’s practice focuses on all areas of labor and employment law, with particular emphasis on traditional labor law, employment discrimination, and wage-and-hour matters. He regularly advises on a broad array of labor and employment matters, including collective bargaining, NLRB matters, enforcement of restrictive covenants, compliance with anti-discrimination laws, reduction-in-force planning, workplace investigations, and executive employment and separation agreements. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Repash was Senior Counsel at Collazo, Florentino & Keil LLP. Prior to that, he was Counsel at Crowell & Moring LLP and a Senior Associate in the Labor and Employment Group at Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP. Mr. Repash graduated with Highest Honors from Lehigh University, where he received his B.A. in 1997 and M.A. in 1999, and from Fordham University School of Law, where he served on the Fordham Law Review and earned his J.D. in 2002.
