Since 2005 Pat's practice has been restricted to serving as a neutral mediator and arbitrator in all areas of employment and labor dispute resolution, and commercial contract claims.

After college, Pat joined the American Arbitration Association eventually becoming its NJ State Director. He next practiced labor/employment law, taught ADR as an Adjunct Professor at Seton Hall Law School, and served the community as a pro bono mediator.
