Nina Pirrotti represents individuals in employment litigation and negotiation.  The president of the Connecticut Employment Lawyers Association (CELA), she is well versed in all aspects of employment law.  As a former prosecutor, Nina has extensive experience in conducting investigations; in her current role as a plaintiff’s employment lawyer, she scrutinizes investigations both procedurally and substantively to determine whether they are a product of further discrimination and/or retaliatory treatment by the employer.  Nina routinely lectures nationally on employment related topics and has recently spoken at both the American Bar Association and National Employment Lawyers Association annual conferences on the topic of how to conduct effective workplace investigations.
