Mr. Ryan has been an arbitrator and mediator since 1984 with experience both as a union and as a management advocate. He acts as an arbitrator, fact-finder, and mediator of interest disputes. Industries include: transportation (including ferry, bus, train and airport authorities), paper, defense, health and hospitals, utilities (including gas, nuclear, electric & water), telecommunications, university, ship-building, security, bakery, and all types of public sector. He has numerous published cases.
 

Mr. Ryan has acted as a faculty member for AAA trainings, NAA Education conference, and speaker at various labor relations conferences on mediation, fac-finding, and arbitration topics.
