Ms. Alessandra has over 18 years experience in labor and employment law. As associate and partner, her employment and labor-related matters have included client counseling and training and Equal Employment Opportunity Commission/Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (EEOC/OFCCP) investigations as well as a wide variety of trial practice, arbitration and mediations in employment and labor-related matters. She is a member of the AAA Panel of Neutrals and Advisory Council for Employment Law Disputes of the AAA.
