Lisa has a B.A. from Bates College and a Master of Science in Management from Lesley University focusing on Institutional Development and Fundraising Management.  She is Director of ADR Services at the American Arbitration Association responsible for the management of large, complex commercial arbitrations in Massachusetts and New York.   Her current responsibilities also include recruitment of potential arbitrators, outreach, education and business development.  Employed by the Association since 1988, she has handled case administration in all areas offered by the Association, including the development of specialized procedures and panels.  For 20 years she managed all election activity for the AAA in New England.  Additionally, she has planned several regional and national educational conferences with attendance ranging from 80 to 250+ registrants.
