Linda D. Ashford has been selected to arbitrate grievances involving a broad array of contract interpretation and disciplinary matters for numerous employers and unions.

Arbitrator Ashford’s professional activities have included faculty membership on educational programs presented by the American Arbitration Association in association with the Mid‑Michigan Chapter of the Labor and Employment Relations Association; the Labor Arbitration Institute; the Flora M. Walker Training Institute in cooperation with Wayne State University and the Labor and Employment Law Institute, Institute of Continuing Legal Education, State Bar of Michigan.

Ms. Ashford was awarded a bachelor’s degree, honors with high distinction, from the University of Michigan, and a juris doctor degree from Syracuse University College of Law.  She is a member of the State Bar of Michigan, Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals and United States Supreme Court Bars.
