Katherine Raymond is Senior Associate General Counsel in the General Counsel’s Office of The City University of New York.  Kathy has worked in the General Counsel’s Office for nearly 20 years, where she specializes in labor and employment and student issues.  Prior to working at CUNY, Kathy worked as in-house counsel in the NBC Legal Department; prior to that, she was an associate in the Labor Department at Proskauer Rose and in the Litigation Department at Patterson Belknap Webb & Tyler.  She is a graduate of Barnard College and the Harvard Law School.
