Mr. Boyce has 37 years' experience in commercial transaction and litigation practice in both state and federal courts.  He has served as an American Arbitration Association panelist since the early nineties and is a member of the AAA's Commercial, Large Complex Case, and Securities Panels. John has participated in domestic and international hearings lasting several days to several weeks and over the last five years has handled many cases as sole arbitrator and chairman on panels involving multi-million dollar disputes and multiple parties. 

 

He is a Fellow of the College of Commercial Arbitrators. John frequently lectures, writes and trains on various ADR topics.
