Mr. Donahue concentrates his practice in labor, employment and education law, negotiating collective bargaining agreements, and grievance arbitration. He has litigated cases in state and federal courts, the Teacher Tenure Commission, the Michigan Employment Relations Commission, and other federal and state administrative agencies. He is an approved general civil mediator for several Circuit Courts throughout the state, including Ingham County. Mr. Donahue is a frequent speaker on MERC case law for the State Bar of Michigan’s Labor and Employment Law Section.
