Self-employed arbitrator 1990-present. Professional in the employment and labor fields for 30 years, the past 18 of which have been spent in full-time service as arbitrator. Majority of current arbitration practice devoted to employment, labor, and commercial matters, including statutory claims (Title VII, Age Discrimination in Employment Act/OWBPA, FLSA, Americans with Disabilities Act, related state statutes, and various whistleblower laws) and breach of contract actions (including non-compete,severance, anti-poaching, options, commissions, intellectual property, and confidentiality issues). Extensive experience training employment, labor, and commercial arbitrators and mediators and teaching attorneys and professionals in employment and labor law.
