Lead trial counsel in multi-party, multi-million dollar litigation involving healthcare, pharmaceutical, medical product, medical malpractice, and healthcare payer/provider disputes. Litigation experience in corporate and commercial litigation includes breach of contract and contract interpretation, breach of covenants not to compete, breach of employment agreements, breach of fiduciary duties, breach of duties in real estate transactions, insurance benefit and coverage disputes, partnership disputes, premises liability, product distribution and liability, and sales of assets and businesses. Employment litigation experience includes wrongful termination, breach of covenant not to compete and wage and hour claims.
Board Certified by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization in Personal Injury Law since 1991. Served on the Texas State Bar Pattern Jury Charge Oversight Committee for 13 years drafting jury issues used by Texas civil trial judges. Master of the San Antonio Inns of Court.
