Doug Lareau is a Vice President at Shawmut Design and Construction, a national general contractor and construction management firm with offices located in Boston, West Springfield, New York, Providence, North Haven, Las Vegas, Los Angeles and Miami.

Doug is Shawmut's Secretary, Chief Legal Officer and Chief Information Ofhcer. In those capacities, Doug leads the company's Legal, Compliance, Risk Management, and Information Services and Solutions departments. Prior to joining Shawmut, Doug worked for Honeywell International where he
held positions of increasing responsibility in Honeywell's business and corporate divisions in Houston, Minneapolis and Morristown, New Jersey, including serving as the General Counsel to the Chief Information Officer. Prior to joining Honeywell, Doug was a litigation attorney in private practice, and he was previously a Lieutenant in the United States Navy's Judge Advocate General's Corps.

He is a member of the Massachusetts, Minnesota and Illinois bars, and a graduate of Cornell University and a curn laude graduate of Tulane Law School.
