Conna A. Weiner
Conna Weiner (www.connaweineradr.com) began her career as a litigator at Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison in New York and then spent over twenty years in-house fielding diverse, complex issues for multinational life sciences companies both in the U.S. and abroad, including as a General Counsel with Novartis and other companies. She is now an arbitrator, mediator and facilitator and serves on a number of provider panels, such as CPR’s Panel of Distinguished Neutrals (including its Biotech and Life Sciences/Healthcare specialty panels), the American Arbitration Association’s Commercial Panel and the American Health Lawyers’ Association Neutral Panel. She is a member of the board of the Community Dispute Settlement Center in Cambridge, MA and was appointed the Co-Chair of the Women in Dispute Resolution Section of the ABA Section of Dispute Resolution this year. She was appointed a 2013 Higginbotham Fellow by the AAA.
