Charles T. Joyce is a shareholder in the firm of Spear Wilderman, P.C.  He has been engaged in the practice of union-side labor law for more than 30 years, and represents numerous public and private sector labor unions and associations, including Locals of the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers, the Utility Workers International Union, the United Steel Workers, the Service Employees Union, the United Food and Commercial Workers, the International Union of Operating Engineers and the Fraternal Order of Police.  He graduated from the University of Pennsylvania Law School in 1987, where he was an editor of the Law Review and won the Goldstein Memorial Prize for excellence in labor law writing.  From 1987 to 1989, he served as law clerk to the late John F. Gerry, Chief Judge of the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey.    An accomplished painter, Chuck exhibits at various local art shows, including the Rittenhouse Square Fine Arts Show in Philadelphia, also serving as General Counsel to the Show’s Board of Directors.
