Charles Dorsey heads up the AAA® Atlanta Regional Office, focusing on the AAA’s Labor, Employment and Elections Division. In that role, he oversees regional case management in the Southeast and Central Case Management Centers. Charles has been with the American Arbitration Association since 2010, working closely with Divisional Vice Presidents to promote AAA services and programs, recruitment and training of the Association’s Roster of Arbitrators and Mediators while also focused on outreach and education efforts in the Southeast US and Texas areas. Before being appointed as an Assistant Vice President of the Association, Charles served 22 years in the US Air Force, earning an MBA in Human Resource Management.
