Adrian L. Bastianelli III is a co-managing partner of the Washington, DC office of Peckar & Abramson, P.C. He has specialized in construction law for over forty years and has had an active ADR practice for thirty-five years, serving regularly as a mediator, arbitrator, and DRB member. Mr. Bastianelli has served as Chair of the ABA Forum on Construction Law ("ABA Forum") and President of the Washington Building Congress. He is a Fellow of the American College of Construction Lawyers where he was a member of its Board of Governors and co-chair of its ADR Committee. Mr. Bastianelli was awarded the Cornerstone Award by the ABA Forum and was named the Construction Lawyer of the Year Globally by Who's Who Legal.  He is a past editor of the Journal of the American College of Construction Lawyers and The Construction Lawyer (the Journal of the ABA Forum). He also is an editor and contributing author of two ABA Forum books: Construction ADR and Federal Government Construction Contracts.

Mr. Bastianelli received a BSCE degree from Purdue University and a JD from the University of Louisville.
