You may download the materials once you have registered for the recording. 80 Minutes Outsourcing, both domestic and international, has become a standard business practice. Outsourcing agreements are long-term commitments by a services provider and a customer that transfer the operation of and responsibility for certain business functions (such as information technology, finance and accounting, facilities management, or procurement) to the provider. Disputes almost invariably arise during the term. Yet, the services must continue even while the parties are attempting to resolve their differences.
WHO WOULD BENEFIT FROM THIS PRESENTATION – In-house and outside attorneys and businesspeople engaged in outsourcing transactions.
This program does not qualify for the annual Arbitrator Continuing Education (ACE) requirement.
