Faculty and Summary

60 Minutes

A number of international arbitration institutions have issued revised rules in recent years.  The International Centre for Dispute Resolution (the international division of the American Arbitration Association) and the London Court of International Arbitration issued revised rules in 2014.  The International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) issued revised rules in 2012.  This 60-minute recorded webinar compares these various sets of revised rules with particular focus on the following topics:

  • Emergency Interim Relief
  • Consolidation
  • Expedited Proceedings
  • Document Exchange “Discovery Limits”
  • Party Disclosure Duties
  • Award Deadline
  • Impact on Drafting Arbitration Clauses

Who would benefit for the presentation – Arbitrators, advocates, academics, and anyone interested in the dynamics of ADR, particularly in the international context.

This program does not qualify for the AAA's annual Arbitrator Continuing Education (ACE) requirement.
