Faculty and Summary

This is a self-paced online study course you can take and complete at your leisure. It is designed to provide you with a comprehensive introduction to the mediation process in general and to provide instruction and "best practices" for how to represent a party in mediation competently and effectively.  At the conclusion of the course you will have a thorough understanding of what it takes to achieve a positive resolution to disputes through the use of mediation.

The course is divided into the nine parts below and takes approximately 2½ to 3 hours to complete, including the interactive activities.  The course does not need to be completed in one sitting.  You can exit any time and will be prompted to return to the place where you left off.
