Whether given orally at the close of a hearing or in writing as a post-hearing brief, the primary function of the closing argument is to make it as easy as possible for the arbitrator to reach a favorable determination. During this training, an experienced AAA® Arbitrator and two skilled professionals will discuss how and when to use closing arguments and/or brief writing to effectively conclude your case.
