Experienced, practicing mediators can expand their toolboxes of techniques with a blend of mediation strategies that often proves more useful and effective than traditional methods. Developing three core skill sets--advanced strategies, ethics, and technology--can help practitioners advance from “average” to “master class.”

Leading online negotiations can yield daunting technological and practical challenges. Attendees will explore strategies to overcome these complications in order to lead productive mediations. This virtual course will include illustrative video vignettes, case studies, faculty demonstrations, and team exercises to cement key learning points and encourage lively interaction.

The course is organized into four, 75-minute prerecorded self-study presentations and two 90-minute live, interactive skills-building practicums to provide a comprehensive learning experience for all.
