Closing arguments enable parties to end with the strengths of their case. Any evidence that directly supports the theory of your case should be included. Also, the opposing party’s weaknesses should be identified. Closing arguments should summarize the facts and issues that justify the remedy sought by each party. This is your last chance to convince the arbitrator of your position, so it needs to be direct, clear, and with emphasis on the significant aspects of your case.
