The panel will share insights on what to consider when drafting domestic and international life sciences ADR clauses. The discussion will focus on how to best integrate alternative dispute resolution solutions into your agreement and hear best clause drafting practices from experienced arbitrators and practitioners.

Topics Include: Whether mediation or other forms of Alternative Dispute Resolution are considered prior to or concurrently with the international arbitration. Selecting the arbitrators - whether party appointed or list method and what are the qualifications sought along with a discussion on the appointment of experts and approach to the exchange of information.

Additional issues include confidentiality, classified information, neutral forum, limited discovery and final, enforceable and transportable awards. The panel also help distinguish the difference between the AAA-ICDR’s Commercial and International Arbitration rules.
