Topics include how to present your documentary evidence; how to present your fact witnesses; how to present your expert witnesses, if any; how to conduct yourself in relation to your adversary; how to deal with your perception of an arbitrator’s reactions to your presentations; and a discussion on the difference between the relevant AAA-ICDR’s Commercial and International Arbitration rules.
